    • Jo Louise BOATRIGHT (Charles3, Reubin2, Daniel1), a daughter of Josie Drew and Charles Boatright, was born on 29 July 1904 in Emanuel County, Georgia. She was named as a daughter in the 1910 Emanuel County census as Joe L., age 6, and in the 1920 census as Louise, age 14. She, also, was listed as a surviving daughter in her mother's 1938 obituary and in her father's 1940 obituary. In addition, she was named as a surviving sister in Jadie Davis Boatright's 1965 obituary.

She became a member of Hawhammock Baptist Church by letter on 25 April 1926. Church minutes record that in September 1932 Sister Louise Boatright Kemp requested a letter of dismission, which was granted.
